Frequently asked questions
How are liquid supplements different from tablets?
Liquid supplements make active ingredients readily available for absorption in the stomach thus increasing the rate and the amounts potentially being taken up in your pet system. Tablets are manufactured with binders and fillers so they have to be broken down first in order for the stomach to absorb active ingredients making complete absorption much slower and difficult.
Why does dosing between products differ?
Dosing needs to be relative and specific to your dogs weight and needs. Dosing differs because of the active ingredients needed for you pets system to maintain a healthy life style. Dosing also differs by size. Not all pets have the same needs in the same quantities. True Doses technology enables accurate dosing in order to ensure your pet receives the right amount of supplements.
Can too much of a supplement harm my pet?
Yes. Supplements by definition contain one or more dietary ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids or enzymes. The absence or the excess of one of these dietary ingredients in the body can lead to health complications. This is why it is important to accurately dose the supplements that are being added to you pets diet.
