Proven faster absorption and higher concentration

Clinically proven faster absorption and higher peak concentration than tablets and chewables in a head to head, crossover study conducted by the Oklahoma State University Veterinary Animal Science and Research departments.

True-Dose was compared to a leading tablet and chewable and measured for the blood serum concentrations for glucosamine and the time it took to reach peak serum concentrations. The study was conducted by Dr. Lara Maxwell with participation from other science and animal personnel. The study design was a cross-over administration which means that dogs were given one product for 8 days and then there was a 14 day washout period followed by adminitration of the corresponding product. Each dog was given 1000mg of glucosamine for consistency and comparitive fairness. The graph above demonstrates that True-Dose is quickly absorbed into the system and at higher peak concentrations. What this means for dogs is there more potentially beneficial ingrediants that available to benefit the pet and it happens much faster than tablets or chewables.
